| All registration fees are exempt from Value Added Tax and no invoice will be issued. The payment is based on the booking and payment information which is sent by e-mail after successful registration. A corresponding receipt will be handed over at the conference office as a payment receipt. | ||
| *The reduced fees are available for members of the DPG, for members of the associated societies of the DPG and as well as for members of the EPS. “Student members” are defined as students preparing for the following degrees: Bachelor, Master, Diploma, 1. Staatsexamen. Please note that PhD students are not considered as being students anymore. When you register as a student member you need to present a student identification card at the registrations desk, where it is clear from, that you are not a PhD student. **Is only valid for one of the four DPG Spring Meetings 2018 with current statement of school or employer. |

The fee includes all coffee breaks during the conference, the welcome reception, your name badge, a conference bag, the "Verhandlungen" (printed programme with abstracts - if this has been ordered), the short programme, the access to all conference scientific events and commercial exhibitions.
The fee does NOT include dinners. Accommodation is NOT included as well in the conference registration fee.
