We offer a qualified short-time childcare for all conference participants during the time of the conference (11.-16.03.2018).

The parent-child-rooms of the TU Berlin can be used for the childcare, which are provided by the family office. The rooms are equipped with toys, tables, couch, baby travel bed (pillow and bedclothes need to be brought), electric kettle and a laptop workplace. They are located in the EB-building, close to the main building. The access with a baby buggy is possible without any problems by taking the entrance at the main gateway and the elevator in the cellar.

The child care will be realised by qualified staff of a childcare agency who are already experienced in this field. You can make use of the child care if you have applied for it in time, however, only between 8am and 7pm. Clothes, nappies and food must be brought.

Charge

The charge for child care is dependent on the amount of children and time. Please contact us for further information.

Registration

Please apply in written form by 16th of February 2018 at the latest. Short-term appointments may be possible but can cause additional costs. No-shows of registered caring periods will be charged to you.
